Clamp Application Tool Introduced
A new, rugged, extremely accurate, bench mounted application tool for preformed band clamps has been
introduced by BAND-IT.
All-electric powered with dial-in electronically controlled tension, the IT9000 makes precise, repeatable assemblies
time after time.
Features include automatic tail ejection, heavy duty gearing and a 22-inch single-pull take-up at 2 1/2"per
second that requires no roll-up to complete the lock.
The foot-controlled tool has a maximum pull-up force of 2500 lbs. and an optional wheeled-cart accessory provides
maximum portability.
Featuring BAND-IT's patented Ultra-Lok® preformed clamps, the IT9000 quickly and easily forms assemblies that
are as strong or stronger than crimp or swage fittings at a much lower cost, according to independent tests.
